Sky Watch Friday/Above the Clouds

My journey to Texas was underway
as my plane departed Logan Airport
in Boston under rainy skies.
The majority of the ride was spent
cruising above a solid carpet of clouds.
As we crossed the miles along our
westward path, the clouds began
breakingup little by little, until
there were only tiny wisps to be
seen here and there.

I flew Southwest Airlines and it was a pleasurable experience, smooth going from the moment I entered the airport until I collected my luggage and met my ride.  Is this where I mention the beautiful, warm, sunshiny weather?

Oh, yeah. Rub it in! My family is mostly in TX, and I miss them, of course, but the weather---ah, that's wonderful in the winter (not the summer so much!) And the Mexican food--have some for me and have a lovely visit!

Oh, excellent Skywatch photos! What a wonderful idea to look at clouds from the other side!

Okay, so it looks like you're just visiting Texas for a while - when you commented you were in New Braunfels, I figured you lived there. You are seeing some awesome sights while here! The little blue heron is wonderful! I've never seen on in person!
